Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24 working hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation over email or WhatsApp once your order is packed and handed to our courier partner.

Metro cities: 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Rest of India: 4–7 working days from dispatch.

Remote and non-serviceable pin codes may take longer. Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier disruptions are outside our control.

Standard shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹999.

A flat shipping fee is applied to orders below ₹999 and is shown at checkout before payment.

Cash on delivery, where available, may carry an additional handling fee shown at checkout.

Every Teusy order ships in plain, opaque, tamper-evident packaging with no product imagery on the outside. Only the delivery label is visible.

A tracking link is shared once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to reflect movement after dispatch.

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a parcel is returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Please record an unboxing video for any claim relating to a damaged, missing or incorrect item, and write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
