All innerwear except panties is eligible for return/exchange, subject to the conditions specified in our Refund & Return Policy.

Panties are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to intimate hygiene standards, except where a genuine defective, damaged or incorrect product claim is approved by Teusy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

Promotional offers, discount codes and special pricing may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise: only one promotional code may be used per order, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, promotions may have expiry dates or product restrictions, and Teusy reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotion at any time.
